This postage stamp was released by Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi on the eve of the centenary celebration of the club in 1989. On the same occasion Rajiv Gandhi also honoured Mohun Bagan with the title of the "National Club of India" for boosting up the Indian Nationalism which occurred after the great win in 1911.
A Special Postal Cover was released by Governor M. K. Narayanan on 29th July, 2010 to commemorate this great at the club premises in the presence of football greats P. K. Banerjee, Sailen Manna and Chuni Goswami and thousands of fans. The Honourable Governor of West Bengal also awarded Mohun Bagan Ratna to the 10 team members of the Immortal XI. Shibdas Bhaduri, the captain of the team has already been conferred the most prestigious club award. This website was registered on the same day.
There is a fiber statue of the Immortal XI players at Mohun Bagan Lane, Hatibagan in North Kolkata. The statues were restored in 2008.
